  1. LICENCE AND DISTRIBUTION

  5. agreeing to the following
  6. statements and conditions:

  9. must remain bundled with the
  10. program. No additional files
  11. may be attached or bundled with
  12. the original bundle.

  14. The author will not condone the
  15. use of this software for malicious 
  16. or abusive purposes.
  17.  
  18. Use of this software for criminal
  19. purposes will terminate the
  20. licence agreement and the abusive
  21. party must cease to use this
  22. program and permanently remove it
  23. from their computer.
  24.  
  25. The author of this program does
  26. not guarantee the fitness of this
  27. program for any particular
  28. purpose.  The author will not be
  29. responsible for damages, losses,
  30. including physical or
  31. psychological injury, loss of
  32. data, or damages to hardware
  33. resulting from the use this
  34. product.

  36. This program is the intellectual
  37. and artistic property of the
  38. author. This product is not to
  39. be reverse engineered in any way.

  42. bundled with any product, or
  43. distributed in any way without

  49. right to use the code produced by

  54. of the program grants the user
  55. permission to use the program,
  56. in its unregistered and limited
  57. state, without charge.  It DOES
  58. NOT grant the user distribution
  59. rights.

  63. by the user who purchased a
  64. licence from the author, or by
  65. members of the licence
  66. purchaser's immediate household
  67. (family members who live in the
